What is Pradosham?

Pradosham is an auspicious day celebrated bi-monthly on the thirteenth day of every fortnight. The meaning of Pradosham is the removal of sins. The period of Pradosham is between 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. You can observe smaller energy Pradosham every day, middle energy pradosham twice a month, and larger energy pradosham on the thirteenth day of the fortnight.

Worshipping Lord Shiva on this auspicious day is a tradition. It is believed that on this auspicious day, God uplifts poverty and theyo grants wishes. There are five types of Pradoshas.
